"We stopped here to pick up a sub and picnic supplies. The deli was busy, we had to wait a few minutes, but that was fine with us. Our sub was good. We would go back to the deli when we are in the area again for another sub for a picnic. We took it up into the mountains and had a picnic at park by Cades Cove (in December the weather was nice that day). Would recommend Partons Deli."

"Dennis was so nice and friendly... just a pleasure to meet! I had a reuben, my husband had pastrami and swiss - the buns are steamed, which is just awesome! Deviled eggs and southern style potato salad were perfect sides! We will definitely be going back to try other sandwiches and highly recommend it!!"

"Gatlinburg gem!  (Cash only)  Love the home style feel of this quaint deli in the Smokies.  The sandwiches were steamed and tasty!  Husband said the creamy deviled eggs were really good too. This small town gal appreciates the down home feel of this place.  The guy behind the counter is a friendly southern gentleman.  I had a simple steamed ham and cheese and hubs had a steamed Italian sub.  No parking out front, but don't let that stop you from trying this place"

"I've been coming to Gatlinburg since I was a kid (I'm 50) and have always passes this place right down from the hillbilly golf. Not until today did I get to stop in and I'm so sorry I didn't! This is one of those places that are 100% legit authentic and you'll have a simple and memorable meal at a family run, old school business. They steam sandwiches on a 46 year old steamer, ring you up (cash only) on a cash register that is older. About the only thing not old or original is the ingredients which are great. Excellent - one of the beat I've had - Italian subs. Good looking chili cheese dogs and don't pass up moms lemon cake. Stop by, get a sandwich, sit in a booth from 1974 and listen like we did to some lovely Elvis Presley on the radio. Love it!"
